I bought a brand new sarasota from a dealer in chicago thinking it was a good deal. it's the first spa i've owned, and will probably be the last. this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. i feel very taken advantage of. the water in my spa won't heat above 70 degress. i've spent the last seven weekends working on the spa, countless hours on the phone with the gulf coast "cusomer serivice department." with all the repair work i've done on this brand new spa, i think i have the knowledge to build one myself better than this piece of junk that gulf coast sold me. i really believe this hot tub will never work. buyers beware of gulf coast
