We purchased our spa from a dealer in West Allis, WI in January, 2004. Overall, I really love the spa. We've had absolutely no problems with it, and the couple of times I had to call about a service question, we were promptly taken care of. However, our dealer has filed for bankruptcy and we have no one here now to call. I also don't know where to get replacement filters. The dealer never contacted past customers to inform us what to do now. This was not just a simple bankruptcy -- there was some scandal about business practices and it looks like this dealer was just another spa dealer who was not on the "up and up".
Bottom line: We love the spa. If anyone knows who we can go to for service now, please contact me.
