This is our second Cabaret Vita in 2 years. We purchased a Perl White unit after looking for many months. We have had a few issues with the tub and in short would not recommend the unit. The reasons are as follows.

In the first 5 months.

1.One speaker replaced due to very poor sound.
2.One pump replaced as it stopped working.
3.The main controller pad (DISC) replaced. Had to wait 4 weeks for it.
4.The main internal computer board changed. This was due to the fact that the stereo would turn on in the middle of the night with max volume.

At 6 months old.

The tubs skin started to blister around the foot well (rest) areas. We were told that this was an none issue with the new Pearl White models. We notified the dealer and they did change out the tub. This however took 4 months for them to do and only after weekly phone calls and trips to the dealer. We even sent E mails direct to Vita in Florida but none of the 5 E-mails were ever answered. As of today, the link for contacting them direct has been removed off their web site. I have to wonder why there is no longer any way what so ever to contact the manufacture.

15 Months old

Both speakers were replaced and (2) Jets.

In ending, I would not recommend this brand at all. The quality was just not there and the support from the manufacture was sub par at best. I sold the tub and am now happy with another brand.
