This is my second Dynasty spa. The first one, after less than two years developed blisters all over the gel coat surface. I also had problems with jets falling out and rotting. The company eventually replaced the tub but i had to pay $2000.00 to get an entirely new tub versus just having the liner replaced. I now am having major probles with jets falling out and rot of the plastic that the jets are made of. The housing that the jets sits in is solid and apparently is made of a different plastic. I have been told that I have the pH wrong and that the alkalinity is off and that is the reason for the plastic rot. I had a Sundance spa for 15 years with no problems except that it finally just wore out. The dealer that I purchased this tub from is no longer caring Dyunasty Spas because of all the service problems. Oh, did I mention that the stereo radio also had to be replaced as well as the speakers. I am very unhappy with this product and would not recommend Dynasty spas if asked.
