This company should be investigated by the Attorney General. They charge you for parts, then never deliver them. I ordered a "spa pack" and was told it was on back order and would be available in a few weeks. A couple of months went by and I never received the spa pack, even though I paid around 700 bucks for the part. Every time I called, I was given a different excuse. I thought I was the only one having this problem until I met someone who had a similar experience. She told me that she waited two months for a spa pack and finally got her money back when she threatened to sue them. I called and did the same thing and got my money back. I have heard from others that the company is bankrupt and is taking customer money without buying the parts for delivery. I also heard that they cannot get parts from vendors because they are not paying their bills. This company is a complete rip off. STAY AWAY.
