The spa isn't bad but the company sucks. I called them on a thursday and told them that my heating element was bad and I needed one ASAP. I ordered the heating element and a few other parts. They said that they'd ship it out that day and I'd get the parts on Saturday. It is winter time in Ohio mind you. I got no parts and when I called them the apologized and said that their shipping department held up the order for one part. Noone contacted me about this. They then assured me that the parts were shipping out that day and I'd get them in two days. Of course they didn't ship the parts that day but the next day with a 4 day delivery time. Never, I repeat, Never deal with this terrible company.
