This spa is the bigest pile i have ever seen all my friends with spas cant believe how well we take care of it and have so many issues, i have cracks that started with in four years the pac and all pumps were replaced with in three and now no longer holds water the flyby night dealer is out of bussiness and the factory in oceanside california are the most worthless company i have ever delt with they spend more time trying to find ways and excusses to get out of thier obligations then trying to deal with the problems. I would never recomend buying a sierra spa from oceanside california unless you never plan on asking the company to stand behind thier products.
P.S they did offer to look at it if i ship my spa 1200 miles back to them and i pay the freight both ways (woohoo) thats real custermer service, but after they were so nice to hang up on me iam not sure this is a realistic option or i take my loss to such a wonderful company that ill promote every chance i get
