Why did you decide to get a spa?
We were looking for something to break up the Illinois winter. Plus were looking for something to help with sore muscles/joints
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
So far it has been outstanding. This has been great. The spa is like getting a massage. The whole family is hanging out in the spa. At least twice a week.
How long have you owned your spa?
four months
What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
We have a sound system Thekids like it. We don't use it. My wife and I talk.
We do like the lighted waterfall. We also got an ozone system
What do you like best?
We love the fact that each location is different and give you an effective massage on a different part of you body
Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
Not really
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Probably would have gotten a bigger spa. We bought a smaller floor model because we weren't sure how much we were going to like it. We absolutely love it.
We would also have wet tested sooner. Can't tell a thing about a spa by sitting in it. We were headed a different direction until we wet tested.
Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
No, love the fact that the ozone makes allows minimal chlorine use.
We don't use the stero but the kids love it.
Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
This was a floor model at the Great Escape in Batavia. When we got it hooked up the pumps didn't work. The service people were great. Out in a couple of days. Had a spare pump on the truck. even fixed some mistakes that the electrican made hooking up the pump.
