I first bought a Softub about 7 years ago and just upgraded to a new 300 model this year. I love my softub. I use it at least every second evening and especially in the winter when its cold outside. I've heard of a few people having problems but I heard the newer models have a lot of quality updates. I found the new 300 model is very quite compared to my older model. I take it with me to my summer cabin and back home in the winter. I would rate this tub a 10 out of 10 especially since I didn't have to spend 8 grand on a hard acrylic tub that would've needed a crane and 220 wiring. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.
