I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this spa or this company. Here is what happened after a few weeks:
* Spa made excessive noise and even vibrated. Nothing we tried could dampen the low frequency sounds. It is apparently caused by the fact that it has no dedicated heat pump: the ciruclation pump must do double duty. This is something you do not notice in the showroom.
* Manufaturer is in Canada. Nothing against my neighbors to the north, but good luck getting them to do anything for you.

Buy American instead.
