I am just starting my 3rd year with my Prodigy hot tub. It has been SO much fun and I have only experienced one problem that was quickly repaired by my dealer. My hot tub is located on my screened in back porch, so it is easy to access and easier to clean.

The one problem I had was kinda spooky at first. The first time it happened I was just soaking with no jets on...and the jets suddenly came on ...on their own!!!!! I reached over and turned the jet button off...then the next day...I was inside my house and I happen to notice the tub jets were going and no one was in the tub!!! For the next several days ...the tub would start the jets on and off....so I was constantly checking to see if it was on. Then the heater acted up...

The dealer suspected right away that control panel located inside the tub was the problem. Dealer said that he had replaced several of those panels over the past year. They came, replaced and repaired the panel...and everything seems fine again.

I am very pleased with my Prodigy. I am a large/tall person and it is perfect for me to stretch out and float or sit and soak.
