I would like to retract this review because it wasn't a review. I had a problem and the tech was able to help the next day. I was upset and it isn't really fair to the spa itself. What happened was I had a circle D breaker and it wasn't able to accommodate the spa. (not the spa's fault nor the
manufacturer and no one would have known except the techs which they did
after that night) I simply thought it had been hooked up correctly and the
power and the jets were messed up and I had just made this huge mistake in
buying it. Once the problem was fixed it was a different spa. True I am
not a hands on person, and I probably should have gone with a dealer that
"babied" me but I didn't realize that was going to happen when I got it.

I will post a proper review after several months of use.
