We have had our hot tub ( 811 Polar Spa) for a year now. We have enjoyed it tremendously and are in it three to four days a week. We have not had anything go wrong with it and are satisfied with our purchase. Friends of ours purchased a hot tub elsewhere and have had to replace the jets several times over. From the very beginning, the customer service, sales and store personnel have been outstanding. All of our concerns and needs were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. The store manager was very easy to talk to and responsive to our questions. My wife and I have been in the store several times since our purchase and feel very welcome. If anyone asks us about our hot tub we recommend Polar Spa.
