This is the worst purchase we ever made. Stay as far away from a Polar Spa as you can. We have owned the tub for 13 months and would be generous in saying that it has worked for 5 out of those 13 months. To date the jet pump, two transponders, circuit board and thermo sensors have been replaced as well as the tub being rewired. Service is HORRIBLE, they do not return phone calls and it can take up to three weeks before you see a service tech. Every employee of this company tries to blame the customer for their faulty product rather than fix the problem or replace the tub. They are confrontational, never listen to what you are saying and certainly do not live by their company philosophy listed on their website about providing a worry free stress relieving quality product that is backed up by great service. We have had serious safety issues with our tub (water heating up to temperatures of 113 degrees when tub was set for 101 degrees) company tried to tell us we must have had it on the wrong filter cycle, which it was not. We have yet to hear from the owner of the company or anyone with ability to make a decision about buying back the product even though the request has been made on 6 different occasions. A word to the wise.....the product is inferior and faulty, the service is horrible and this company has no intention of providing any level of service to their customers. Stay as far away from them as you can, and remember when they offer you a $13000.00 cashable voucher for purchasing from them that the company went bankrupt and it is worth nothing
