I have had a great experience with this product.
Initialy, I had one problem with the ozone device.
It was repaired under warranty. This tub has been used
year round with the most heavy use being in the winter.
The tub is deep and my wife is short , she complains about not being able to use the "Captains Chair".
The most important thing to me was making sure the dealer was repudable and had been in business a while.
