In September, my husband and I purchased a Down East Spa. (The Windsor SE) This tub was not cheap by any means, we paid 8500. 00 without taxes, etc...
When we received the tub, the heating element did not work. After that, when the technician arrived to replace the heater, he had to repair the ozonator which also was not working properly! Around a week later, the sensors in the speakers stopped working. The technician had to return a third time to replace the sensors. Frustrating! Now, in November, our tub fails to keep temperature when the cover is off. In ten minutes, we lost 4-5 degrees of heat. We were so cold that my husband and I had to get out and run in the house! Nice 9,000. investment, huh?
I contacted Master Spas twice, and they just forwarded the message to the local distributor, so I will probably have to seek legal advice, now. I highly advise you to consider another manufacturer.
I will say that the distributor has been great, but they can only help so much.
