first, we had a spa in our last home, from another company, and so when we built our new house we knew we would get another one, however, from your company. we had the house wired appropriately but was told that we needed to get the house rewired anyway because it wasn't the right voltage. we had it wired for 220. we were given a list of independent contractors to call for electrical, they came out, and wired it for 240, which I'm now being told that 220 and 240 are basically the same. could be wrong, don't know.
so $600.00 later in electrical hook-up we're up and running.
we have owned this spa just over 6 months now. within the first week or two of delivery, country leisure had to come out to my house and changed out three different parts, as I recall. we're now six months down the road and the light is out, the stain is fading, and I had to silicone part of the decorative strip that goes around the top back on.
now it's registering 107 degrees when I thought the industry standard was lower than that. I just don't get how a $99-dollar trip charge should be on me when this product appears below standard. How relaxing can it be when there's this feeling of dread hanging over me that it's going to quit on us. very poor product in my assessment.
