I choose the Coyote line, because Arctic is a quality brand and coyote is the same tub with a few less frills, same production line, same insulation, just an economy tub. Works awesome, would highly recommend.
I was out this morning for 20 mins in -10 deg C., and the heater never even had to kick on, seems to really hold the heat.

Why did you decide to get a spa?
Had an old spa at my previous home, decided to get newer model and enjoy not fixing every other day

Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Yes, very comfy, like the seating arrangements, excellent jet pressure.

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
Cover roller remover, poyote lights

What do you like best?
All of it, the fact it is easy to repair(non full foam)

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
Some of the seats could be little deeper

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Get a model with foot massage jets

Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
Nope

Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
No

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
Had a jet leaking slightly from the backside from the get go, called the dealer and they came out and fixed it up right away.
