Why did you decide to get a spa?
My wife has joint problems, and I have owned one before.
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
For the most part, yes.
How long have you owned your spa?
Have had this one for only one year. Previous one we had for 7 years and sold it with the house.
What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
Water fall, volcano feature, deep sholder masage and ozonator.
What do you like best?
Great relaxing times.
Great entertainment for the grand kids.
The volcano feature is great for foot masage.
Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
Like others, we were sold a bill of goods on the Baqua stuff. It doesn't work and it is hard to keep balanced. I went back to bromine and am much happier.
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Believe it or not, I'd get a smaller model. This one just fits between the house and our fence. It is hard to get cover up and down, even with the lift.
Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
The pool boy. I have to do all the cleaning.
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
We don't use the shoulder masages much. Could probably do without that, but other wise, I love it.
Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
The ozonator was installed flat on the floor of the unit. Water backed up and destroyed the electronics. Was replaced under warenty and works great now.
Unlike other contributers, we live in a relatively large metropolitan area. Lots of service available. However, our dealer has been responsive to all our needs so far.
