Sorrry to hear your having problems with your Resort Spa questions.

It is made by Artesian Spas to major spa dealers specs.

We bought ours from a company called Pool City here in the Pittsburgh Pa. area
at the home show in March 05. We like you started to inquire about the hows
and do's of our Resort Spa 740L. It is made by Artesian Spas. It's got 40 jets, lights, and waterfalls. We had the sound system installed when we ordered ours.
At first there were a few problems not going to mention them here tho. We are very pleased after the kinks got worked out with both Artesian and Pool City.

The owners manual needs worked on and by going to Artesian web site you can see one that's close to the one you bought from your dealer. Ours finally got the Resort added to their site. If our host here forwards your addy to me I'll be more than happy to help you figure your Resort out. We were quite like you after our purchase thought we did all our homework but it did come with some kinks.
