Why did you decide to get a spa?

Basically for fun and family enjoyment.

Does your spa live up to all expectations?

Yes, we are very happy with the performance so far. The jet pressure is great, the look is wonderfull and the support has been excellent.

How long have you owned your spa?

One week.

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?

Limitted Addtion (foot jets, Protech steps, Heat shield cover, hush pump, everlight), small side step, 900 Swingbrella, Conver slide.

What do you like best?

Seating comfort.

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?

The diverter valve in the middile postion (seat jets on and foot jets on) is loud.

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?

Nothing so far.

Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?

No, I thought the small side step might be but it is nice especially at night.

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?

None.

Other brands I considered and like also:

Beachcomber 720 - Too small for us
Beachcomber 750 - Did not like the lounge seat

Hot Springs Vangaurd - Not able to use all jets at once

Coleman 470 - Nice spa, just liked the Beachcomber better.

Dimension One Nautilus - Did not like the white shell, plus all seats are same level.
