Well, I waited for the parts from the new Sundance Spa dealer and after six months of my tub standing on its side in the backyard, I cut the power to the tub, cut the lines with pruning shears, called four of my buds and loaded it into the back of a pickup and brought it to the landfill.

I guess I'm an optimist. This thing sat in my backyard for 24 months not working while I patiently awaited parts and support from the manufacturer.

I would not buy another Sundance based upon post sale service.
