Well here's how it went. Bought the first week of April from George Morlan plumbing in Tigard Oregon. I did not recieve it until May 27th. Not good. The tub itself was extremely dirty with standing water, leaves and dirt in it. It was not covered at all so we where pissed to say the least. We found out it had sat outside for 2 weeks before it got delivered to us and it was under a bunch of trees. Dealers fault not Sundances. I talked to the rep once about the delivery and she said she would make it right. Ok, waiting......It's a dream I tell ya. I'll never get anything out of them. It's what I expected form the beginning. Crappy service. So after I cleaned it up and filled it with water it was your guess is as good as mine to what do with chemicals.
I was told some guy would come out to my house and show me how to really work with all the chemicals they have for these spas. I've never owned a spa before and it's not like I'm stupid either. But C'mon. Three weeks later and 5 calls to the sales rep and I've heard back from no one. So I started searching around and realized one of our clients is The pool and spa house in Tigard, Or so I talked to them and they pretty much Rock. Screw George Morlan, I'll get my help from people who specialize in spas and pools. Who cares how much more it costs. Alteast I'll know what I'm doing.
Well, we love the Tub. It's a brand new design for 2005. I'm 6'4" and there's atleast one seat that fits me great and love it. My wife is a foot shorter so she loves all the seats. We did not get a stereo. In my opinion, stereos and water just don't mix. I'm sick of reading peoples posts about how my stereo doesn't do this or doesn't do that or just plain won't work. For my wife and I, we just love sitting there listening to the waterfall.
It's a 6 person, with a waterfall, main led light, led lights behind the waterfall, sunpurity cartridge installed, and Ozonator installed as well.
The tub is awesome.
The whole sales experience was good and bad.
