I am a first time spa owner. After much research and much water time testing the various spas, I chose a spa manafactured supposedly by Artesian. The spa name is Resort Spa. I contacted Artesian via email with now luck to ask about information on the spa. The company I purchased it from (Scioto Valley Hilliard, OH) is strictly in the business of selling. Once out the door you are on your own. Has anyone even heard of this brand spa, or did they see me coming? I have questions I need answered and cannot find any information. I did question the company where we bought the spa and I am not happy with their answers. If anyone has information I would greatly appreciate it.
