I injured my back over a year ago and the chronic pain was made worse with the arrival of our first baby 6 months ago. Medication and doctor visits weren't helping so I started shopping for a spa hoping to get some relief. I researched the web, spoke with spa owners, and then spoke with a respected spa and pool repair business owner. While he spoke highly of Sundance and Hot Springs, he recommended Artesian as a top quality therapy spa and mentioned a dealer opening a store in town. I bought the Quail Ridge without wet testing any other spa's, which I wouldn't recommend, but it has worked out well. After six weeks I have no regrets, I am extremely happy, and most importantly my back is on the mend. The therapy has far exceeded my expectations.
I love the independant pumps for each seat( highly adjustable and very powerful) and each seat gives a different massage. While my wife prefers the lounge seat, I find the other seats more helpful for my back.
As for features we have the cd ozonator, stereo, and upgraded led lights.
The stereo is nice to have, but the sound quality is average. If I were to do it again I would get the upgraded stereo as it has a remote in the tub.
The led lights create a very soothing atmosphere and for me are worth the added cost.
As a side note my physician wrote a prescription for the spa which will help next tax season
