We bought a 2005 Dynasty Neptune Oceana and we love it - see the site below for a pic:
Except ours it Azure (blue). Normally retails for about $8K, has 39 jets, 2 master blasters (foot massage) on the floor, 2 7hp pumps, nice controls, etc. Around Christmas each year, they have significant discounts and rebates, so we got the spa for about $6300 delivered. For anyone who has not setup a tub before, be forewarned - for most spas (the ones that are direct-wired) you will also need a licensed electrician to wire it in, plus the wire, spa breaker (220), etc. This will be in the neighborhood of $350-600, depending on the parts you use (SPA breaker box, conduit, wire, straps, etc.), the electrician's rate, etc. BUT IT IS WORTH IT!
Dynasty is based in Cleveland, TN, and this spa had a LOT of features for the money. To get any kind of decent spa, you are into thousands anyway, so go for one with features you want and enough pump power to do the job - boy does this one have it!! It also came standard with upgraded jets, chrome pkg, and LED light package, as well as the waterfall and clamshell jets, etc. Very nice!
