I purchased my spa from a dealer in Peoria. It took me a little over 3 years to finally commit to buying a hot tub. I thought I had researched everything that was needed to know about buying a hot tub until a new dealer came into town and reinvented my way of thinking. I was under the impression that the lounge seat was something that most people regret getting shortly after they receive their tub. I was encouraged to sit in the tub and try it out first hand with water in it. (by the way, the best decision you'll make. Try it filled with water) Anyhow, I did and loved the lounge. I didn't care so much for the waterfalls, but they look cool at night with the LED light. I still don't fully understand how less jets actually felt better than more jets, but I guess jet placement is the most important thing. I am glad with the decision I made, especially since my wife has fibromyalgia, it has significantly reduced her pain.
When making a decision on buying a hot tub, remember the most important thing, therapy. I didn't until I had someone explain it to me. It's a huge investment no matter how much you spend. Spend it wisely!
Also, the dealer I dealt with, is a dealer I bought from in the past in the Chicagoland area, and now they are in Peoria...The Great Escape. I didn't know until my wife just told me that they changed their name from Pool-a-rama.
