I bought my spa in September of 2004 and it has been great. The spa does everything I was promised by the Dealer. I had one concern after the delivery with the heater not working. Apparently a switch or something was knocked loose in transit. The Dealer had a service rep. out to my house at 5pm that very same day to fix it. There was no charge for the visit and they were very helpful. I would definitly recommend them to anyone buying a spa. I would also like to point out that I've seen some negative things written about Cal Spas but just like alot of business you should research the local dealer and thier practices before buying because it's the dealer who's doing the business not the manufacture. My dealer has been great and they test my water once a week!!!
