I bought my Elation on Memorial Day 2004, got it delivered and set up quickly and had a great 4th of July party last year.

I'm sorry to hear the other person has had problems with the spa, but that could also have to do with the local dealer. I have had ZERO problems with my spa. The few minor questions that I have had about my spa, my dealer has taken care of and or resolved right away. I even got an in home orienatation after the spa was delivered and the guy made sure that everything went smoothly was working properly and made the chemical maintence process seem easy.

My family and I have used our spa every week and we love it and would definately recommend it. The CD ozone system and circulation pump are pretty cool, we use a mineral stick so that there is never that chlorine smell and my wife loves that, I would definately also recommend that to people.
