Follow up on my Bengal Spa...

We are VERY pleased with the spa itself. Definately very usable and enjoyable.

Let me say this !!! After you narrow down to the brandsand models of spas you are looking to invest into, use dealer reputation as your final decision. Customer service can make your nice spa into a dream or nightmare from the get go. My spa was a floor demo for a while. Shortly after my install, the Ozonator had went out. I called and the next day they were out with a replacement, no hassles at all. Only a question to ensure we did not have the summer timer on. Now last week, I noticed the circulation pump sounded a little different from before and was making a rythmic humming noise I did not remember from before. I called the dealer and inquired about the noise. They answered that it did not sound right and they needed to get someone out there to check it out. I replied to do it when they were going to be out my way, as I am on the outer limits of thier service area - at 70 miles away. And that I was still running just fine. By the way, my dealer has next day service. They did not make it the next day, by my approval, but was at my home at 9:45AM the following morning and replaced the pump and we never even realized they had arrived. To me, that is service.

I really had myself talked out of getting a spa, due to some of the horror stories out there. Trust me, I am one that can stand up and fight to get what I deserve, but I just hate dealing with it anymore - if you know what I am saying... But something about this dealer that calmed me and definately allowed me to believe I would always be atken care of. I know my gut feeling was right now.

This may or may not convince you to buy a Tiger River or Hot Springs spa, but hopefully will help you realize a just as important feature of ANY SPA ! Enjoy your spa and I wish you luck to find a dealer as good as what we have.
