Spa is 4 years old. Ozinator not working, so I called the "TECH" dept. for help. Brain child tells me that the light in the ozone chamber is impossible to see, even at night! I tell him that there are no small bubbles coming from the ozone emiter. Also, no suction AT ALL from the plastic tube that connects to the ozone chamber. He says "There isn't supposed to be!" I asked him: "How does the ozone gas get into the spa, if it isn't sucked in?". He never came up with a good answer. He finally got upset and said:I'll send someone out to look at it , but if it is working, I will charge you $125.00 for travel time and labor.
I said BRING IT ON!!! I checked my warranty papers and the Cal Zone 2000 ozonator has a LIFE TIME warranty. They are supposed to be here Monday. I'll let you know what happens. P.S. I already replaced the ozone cartridge on Friday and still no light from it.
