We ordered the Paris model from Home Depot the beginning of Dec. We were told 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Almost 4 weeks later, we get a call that there is a delay in getting the spa, due to being oversold. I would have expected this at the 1 week time. But wait, they offer me another system, the ProForm Storm. After looking info on it, it is a downgrade to what I was wanting, no lounge, and 10 less jets. This was not right, and I explained that to the customer service rep that contacted me origonally, and mentioned the model that was equalivant to my spa. He told me the the others before me had opted for that model and that they are out of it now as well. This is not good service to offer a lesser grade for a replacement, especially when there is a $1000 value difference between the 2 models. It looks like I will not be getting a spa through Icon, and it will be a few weeks either way I go, and now is the time to have such an item.
