First of all I really liked the low low price. It was almost $2000 less than any other comparable model. Secdondly the owner, Billy, was super spa knowledgeable about all aspects of ownership. He personally delivered the tub and showed me how to operate it. He even came back when I had a question and walked me through the chemical treatment of the water. It is really great and I have recomended it to all of my friends.
