we decided to get a spa because my wife always wanted one. we always enjoyed using a spa or whirlpool tub while on vacation.
i would say that it has basically lived up to expectations since we purchased it two years ago.
it came with ozone and a so called brominator and fiber optic lights and a waterfall.
i spend a lot of time on my feet lifting stuff for work. it's great to just relax and unwind after a sterssful day.
i don't like the double lounger that the spa has. the water fall is also a waste of money.
if i did it over i would have bought a spa a bit smaller with no lounger or waterfall. i would have liked more footwell jets and something for my knees and calves.
the waterfall and the brominator are a waste of money.
we purchased a floor model from the dealer. we have had a few minor issues. i.e. leaking pump seal, jets not spinning, brominator not working.
the dealer has been great. they have always come promptly when called. fixed the jets and the leaking pump seal. however they still cannot get the brominator to work at all. they replaced the cap twice and still no luck.
one final note. the tub seems to be very expensive to operate. after talking to steve from canada on the net it seems that my tub is missing the foam that is applied to the inside walls of the cabinet. maybe this is why it costs so much.
all in all i would reccomend this tub. it was not outregeously expensive. we paid $5000 and it included an upgraded warrenty from our dealer.
