We were at the California State Fair in 2003 and just browsing when we fell in love with your spas and just had to have one. The spa is great but we have had a few problems with it. In 2006 the blower motor when out and also a valve and o-ring had to be replaced. This valve and o-ring have broken again and also we have a leak that we don't know if it's from the valve problem or not. We have tried for a very long time to contact someone regarding this problem because we bought this on August 24, 2003 and it was delivered September 26, 2003 which the warranty is now going to expire tomorrow. We have gotten nothing but the runaround when trying to contact someone. Las Vegas where the spa was made gave us an e-mail address which was no help. The phone # we have says the company is out of business. Other #'s we have called that we were given say it's not their problem. I just discovered this e-mail address. Is there anything you can do with the warranty expiring on 9/26/08?
Again we love the spa and so have all our friends which have also purchased spas since seeing ours. I would like to be able to continue raving about how great it is if I could now get some satisfaction and get it fixed. I would appreciate hearing from someone.
