Why did you decide to get a spa?
Hydro therapy and relaxation
Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Yes
How long have you owned your spa?
2 months
What do you like best?
Seating and especially the lounge seat. Jetting is perfect.
Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
The diverter vlave handle is prone to slipping off if its turned from an awkward angle and any slight upwards pressure is applied, but its nothing serious, more a case of being too relaxed to operate the diverter properly, but a screw would make it unlikely to come off.
What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Not a thing.its perect as is
Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
No, this tub has what a hot tub requires, Holds and retains heat very well, quick to heat up when needed. I do think a top cover rack or holder shouuld be standard equipment though if nothing more than a support type rack.
Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
The waterfall. Although my wife is inlove with it, to me its not necessary and only maks me have to turn up the volumne on the TV so I can hear it better when the water fall is running. At least the waterfall is not as useless as some tubs with fountains in the middle of them.
What do you get out of your spa?
Relaxation and more quality time with my wife, and a place to think.
We had considered getting the J-325 or larger, when we found out this model was all sold out at dealer and any other Jacuzzi dealer around the area, and would take about 4 or so weeks to get one, but the wait was worth it in savings in economy and space uutilized, but since its only the two of us and so far it has more than sufficient room. Been absolutely trouble free (once I got the hang of maintaining it with the chemicals) and its been relatively easy on the power bill.
