Why did you decide to get a spa?
For relaxation and joint/muscle therapy.

Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Yes, power, flexability, and adjustability of jets even exceeds our expectations.

How long have you owned your spa?
2 months

What do you like best?
Varied seating depths of seats, jets (see above), full 4 position foot well jets, air blower aromatherapy (lavander our favorite), dual control panels...

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
No... All is good.

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
Might have dickered longer with the dealer on price, but we liked the tub after wet testing and bought it on the last few hours of a "truckload sale" for 20% off list. Knew there would always be more "sales", but we liked the tub and the price was fair... $7800 with cover, start chemicals, and ozonator. Bought cover lift from Doc's store

Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
No.

Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
No.

What do you get out of your spa?
Plenty of relaxation and great muscle/joint therapy! Back, shoulders, neck aches and paind have improved for both my wife and I (50 and 56 y/o)

Dealer:
Dealer initially tried pushing the SoftSoak treatment style and to not get an ozonator. I insisted on going the Northman/Vermonter dichlor routine and also ordered the optional ozonator.

Problems/Warranty:
After first installing and filling tub in late April, I noticed a little bit of water seeping out from under the tub on the concrete pad... Called the dealer and they came out to look at it and determined there was a small leak way inside under the foam most likely in the footwell area. Only remedy would be to dye tub, drain, tip tub up on side, cut out abs floor, pull foam and track down leak to fix it. I didn't feel I should have to go thru all this hassle on a brand new tub of 1 week and asked service man if I should not just get a new tub. Service man told me that sounded reasonable and suggested I call my salesman. So, I called my saleman and he agreed that I should not have to go thru such hassles on a new tub and that the leak was probable caused during shipping. He called Sundance and we got a new replacment tub ordered and it arrived about 2 weeks later. We continued to use the old tub til the new one arrived. New tub was installed without hassles and we now have a leak free tub and great comfort and confidence that we chose a good brand and dealer that stands behind their products. The dealer was AquaQuip (Overlake store), a chain of stores in Washington around the Seattle metro area.

Summary:
All in all, I would definitely recommend this tub as a great joint/therapy tub with lots of power and a variety of seating to fit many sizes. Also, find a good dealer... it's worth the price.
