After having this spa for almost a couple years I would not recommend it. The control panel has had to be replaced 5 times. The spa does not actually filter water when the jets are running and people are in it which you would think would be the best time to filter-it only filters during the programmed filter cycles. This results in water getting dirty fast as the filtration is not even close to adequate. There are a couple underwater buttons that turn the back seat jets on and off but they rotted away- it was not necessary to put them under water.
Your feet cannot reach the foot jet while you are sitting in any of the corner seats. I would love to have a spa that really did your feet and legs and back at the same time. The captains chair is the best seat. There have been numerous errors such as temperature limit errors and low flow errors. Its a nice looking spa and I had heard good things about Dimension One but this spa has too many design problems. About a month after I changed the water it told me I had to change the water again. I would trade this one at this point for any of the other spas I looked at. The dealer has been great but the engineers that designed this need to go back to school.
