Customer service and Sensation Spas are apparently mutual exclusives. "We want you to be happy" was the line on bull we were sold, along with a greatly underpowered spa. Supposed owner of the company told us when we purchased, "you get even MORE jets with this model!" but what he neglected to tell us was that without a motor upgrade, the flow from them would be so insufficient, the darn things might as well not be operating. But, for only several hundred more, we can order a new motor, wait several weeks for delivery, and pay a riduculous "delivery" and installation fee. Wish we had never heard of this company...
