Always wanted one. does not live up to expectations. owned 1 1/2 years. bought new from dealer. I have the stereo and foot massager. There is nothing about the spa I like. I would not buy a dynasty spa. Service and dependability. Problems: jets have come out including all of the foot massagers. The filter door (black) fell off and turns out to be broken. The cover is splitting at the seams. Now the cover will begin rotting. I get no service. At first he kept saying he would be out, then we tried to exchange the jets ourselves by driving to his location got no help with that, they didn't come back and if they did they were the wrong size. We have been messing with this since the beginning but he procrastiated so long now he refuses to do anything because he waited out our warrenty. This has been the worse purchase of my life and I really feel you owe me a new spa but feel your product is inferior and I would like my money refunded if you can't make this right. Stephen Lipari
