These are the worst pieces of junk ever made ,I have been working on hot tubs for over 10 years and I have never seen such shoddy construction ,they are a mishmash of parts no 2 tubs have the same parts in them ,they can not even get spar parts for tubs that are 4 years old ,lets talk about service ,if you call them they will try to get you to service your own tub while its still under warrenty ,they told one of my customers that they should open up a 220 volt line and start checking connections with a multi meter (sounds like a good case for litagation to me ) Parts - they will take your money but you will wait for parts forever (Im waiting for a order that I made and pre paid for 12 days ago after many many phone calls to them I have been assured 3 times that the parts would be shipped the next day and as of today they have still not been shipped )if you live in any climate that gets cold be prepared for a increase of about $100.00 to $140.00 per month increase in your electric bill as they have barley any insulation at all,as far as quality controll at the factory I dont belive it exsist most tubs are delivered with rimped lines so you jets wont work ,These are a CHEAP SPA do your self a favor spend a little more money and get a good spa from a reputable dealer
