I fix spas for a living and I have the exact same spa. I have had it for over a year.The only jet problems I had, was the kids broke a couple. They're pretty hard to break, maybe you don't know your own strength. If they're reviewing your warranty with you, that probably means you voided it somehow. Probably added too many chemicals, that breaks down spa equipment over time. That's not their fault, its USER dependent. I love my spa and recommend them to my clients who have crap hot tubs.
