I ordered my Tiara tub a month ago and anxiously awaited delivery. This is my first spa. It arrived Saturday (March 29th) was installed and I got a half ass in service from the "factory" installer who knew little about the Tiara model. The first night it ran well. The second night the lights stopped changing colors. The 3rd day the jets stopped working. I called the factory and spoke with a complete idiot who was more interested in arguing with me than solving the problem. I promptly hung up on the jerk and called the installer and the dealer. The dealer called the installer instead of me. The installer told me that it was probably the jet motor and that sometimes it comes that way from the factory. He said he could get another one. Too late for me. As far as I am concerned I was sold a piece of crap and another motor would render it a used spa sold at new pricing. I immediately stopped payment on the check. I have no interest in keeping the spa nor EVER doing business with Hydro Spa's again. Their products and service suck!!!!!!!! Stay away from then.
