i bought a 2004 model year calspa in early 2005 up untill recently it has worked ok but the service from cal spot is the worst i have ever seen. the ozone generator goes out every year like clock work. cal spa did change it to a lifetime warrenty on the ozone generator but they will not cover a dealer to come out and install it. so every year i have to change myself no big deal but they also charge me 30 bucks to cover shipping to and from the dealer. recently 2 of our jets have broken both should be covered under the warrenty but the dealer says we have to deal with calspa direct. we have tried calling them 10 times now everytime were bounced around to different and always ending up on someones voice mail even after 10 messages noone has ever called back. now all the sudden the tub is tripping the circut breaker as soon as it is turn on. of course it's a holiday weekend so can't get ahold of anyone and now have just the pump wired direct to the breaker panel just to keep the damn thing from freezing. when i bought the tub i knew of the name and thought they were good and for the most part this one has been but ask questions as far as service before buying one. and pray you never have to deal with calspa direct.
