I wanted a hot tub for therapeutic reasons. I rebuilt the unheated entry to my house to include the tub. I bought it new. It did not work upon installation. Since there is no dealer in my state, I had to rely on the Florida service department over the phone. The service manager at the time did not look up my tub but guessed alot. He sent me the wrong heater unit twice and did not know how to change the circuit board for 220 to 120v. He insisted it was in the book and it was not. It was the worst manual ever written! The local service contractor had to call the heater unit manufacturer to help us with that. So after getting that episode straighten out-it did not cost me anything just three months of not using the tub. In March 2007, the tub froze. I sent pictures of the pump to the new service depsrtment manager and they sent the wrong pump. By this time I was out of warranty. I called for local service to install the pump and found that the manufacturer had sent the wrong pump. That cost me a service visit. The manufacturer of course insisted it was the right pump. So I had the local service cmpany get the right pump and install it. Another service charge and double the cost of the pump from the manufacturer (they have to make their makeup too). When I sent the wrong pump back to the manufacturer, they did not reimburse me for shipping, only the cost of the pump. Right now I have a problem where the controls are not responding to my request to stop heating at a certain temperature and it heats till it shuts down for safety reasons. I am very unhappy with the manufacturer and now I feel it does not matter if I call the manufacturer for help, they will probably send me the wrong part. So all in all I would not buy from this manufacturer again nor recommend them to anyone.
