WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK! Out of 6 years of ownership, I have probably only ENJOYED my 'working' tub about 2 years! The rest of the time, it has developed leakes, broken impellers, broken (plastic) jet connections, popped hoses, and
hundreds of bubbles in the surface of the shell. Again...What a Piece Of JUNK!

Now, just WHAT can one say about 'Service'...It SUCKS too! Many calls go un-returned, promisses made & no results, high turnover in repairmen (if you can find one!), & no sense of Urgency on their part. DON'T BELIEVE all the hype in the pamphlets...they lie like a ROCK!

Mine has developed over 10 instances of leaks (from popped hoses or broken jets) and has now been out-of-service for the last YEAR! Just no way of getting the company to take an interest in servicing their product! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND...HIDE! This, by far, has been the WORST purchase I Ever Made!
