Decided to get a spa when giving my backyard a makeover. I talked with a family member who sells hot tubs and was warned against several brands, and he recommended the Nordic Escape Premium for its high-quality parts (2 pumps, titanium heater, etc.) and relatively inexpensive price compared to other models with similar features. It has definitely lived up to my expectations (I've had it for about 6 months). The spa has the LED light package (one main light inside and several exterior). I especially like that the jets circulate the water in a true whirlpool fashion, but this can be turned off if you prefer a more traditional spa experience. So far there isn't anything I don't like -- it heats quickly when needed and easily seats 4-5 people but 6 could fit if you want. The shell isn't traditional acrylic -- it's a different material but still very comfortable AND it has a lifetime warranty against leakage. I wish I had gotten the built-in stereo since I like to listen to music while in there, but that's my only regret. Haven't encountered any problems so far, but if I do I'll be sure to come back and add that information.
