Hot Tub and Spa

2003 Vanguard
In Response To: Hot Springs Spas ()

Owned this tub for 4 years before I had to leave as part of selling our house in May of 2007, hey times are tough ! I really loved this tub and fact that with the 24 hour circulation pump you could just sit in it and enjoy as a soaking tub and it would be clean and ready to go. Spent many a winter night just staring at the stars and sipping a glass of bubbly.
The only and I mean the ONLY problem I had was a circuit board for the heater burned up after 3.5 years. It was replaced FREE because of the wonderful 5 year warrenty. From a construction perspective, very rugged and well insulated
incorporating a hard vinyl shell that the tub and insulation are protected by.
It held it's temperature great. I had to dump the tub one February and change the water and it was up to 100 degrees in 6 hours(we live in NW Ohio).

The ozoneator definately made it nice, however, with any spa you really need to keep up with the water quality checking, espcially if you are going in without showering first.

It's November 2007 and we are looking at both the 2007 closeout models of Caldera and Hot Springs lines, both made by Watkins. Can't wait.
