I have had many spa in my 60,s years. I purchased my Gulf Cost Spa this summer to up-grade to a newer model from my last spa that was 7 years old. After checking out many manufacturers and staying away form all of my previous spas I decided on Gulf Cost because of the price, size, jets and their 24/7 customer service. It arrived clean, and it hooked up beautifully.

Out of all my spas I would recommend Gulf Cost to anyone over any spa on the market. Their concept for replacing parts which is; easy repair access and their customer service is outstanding! With all of my other spas I usually had to fix them myself (hard parts to find, figuring out what was wrong on my own, a lot of misordered parts that wasn't the problem, tight unreachable replaces and a big pain to fix!) Because the dealers did not have the man power or the qualified techs. They made a lot of promises to get you to buy their spas that they never followed through, I learned this very quickly throughout the years. I love my Gulf Cost Spa and I will never buy another brand again! I just wish I would have bought one sooner I would have saved myself a lot of headaches.
