The spa worked for several years, but the aluminum handle rusted. Diamondback Spa denied it was a defective design. Later, they replaced it with a hard solid plastic one...at my cost. When asked, they again insisted the old one was not defective.
When the motor failed a few years later, after 4 phone calls, their service people were no shows. It seems they are only interested in selling spas..not servicing them.
As a consumer, based on my experience, my recommendation would be to steer clear of Diamondback Spas.
